The Museum of the Future has become a must-see site for Dubai visitors. The oval-shaped avant-garde architecture with Arabic inscriptions looks majestic. The design symbolizes the human eye or the vision for the future. The Arabic inscriptions are inspiring quotes by the current ruler of Dubai, signifying human endeavor, visionary outlook, and the quest to excel.

The unique structure has a complex grid shell framework that supports 890 stainless steel and glass-fiber-reinforced polymer panels. These panels create an appealing intricacy in its façade. The structure is also eco-friendly and saves energy by 25% by utilizing sunlight.

The building took almost 6 years to complete, cost US$136 million, and is spread over 30,000 square meters. It stands at a height of 77 meters from the ground on a green hillock that is said to represent the earth.
