How Can I Use the Airport Transport Service on Eligible Credit Cards? 

To use the airport transport service on Solitaires and Platinum Elite cards, you’ll have to inform the bank on their call center number (mentioned on the back of the credit card) at least 4 days prior to your travel. The bank will confirm your details, after which you’ll get an official approval email and an SMS containing your chauffeur details.   

Would I Be Charged Extra for Foreign Transactions on the Mashreq Credit Card? 

Yes, you’ll have to pay the spread of 2.89% for international transactions in currencies other than AED. 

What Happens if My Credit Card Payments Get Delayed? 

If you don’t clear your Mashreq credit card payments within the due date, you’ll be charged a late fine of 241.5 AED, and it’s the same for all types of credit cards. 

What’s the Fine on Using the Mashreq Credit Cards Over Assigned Limits?
